He founded the company in 2006 with a vision to create an on-demand real estate flyer service that would replace traditional methods and inefficient software technology. Holding a B.S. in Computer Science from University of California Irvine, Sparks has been instrumental in the development of multiple online companies including the software design firm G7 Websoft (2005).

Under Sparks direction, Property PageMaker has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a nationwide service that is fast-becoming a market and technology leader in real-estate flyer marketing. For its revolutionary approach, Property PageMaker has been lauded as one of best new technologies for real estate professionals by agents from REMAX, Prudential, as well as many others.

Rui Deng is Chief Financial Offer of Property PageMaker. Accountant and Graduate of University of California Santa Barbara, Rui Deng brings a wealth of management and entrepreneurial experience to Property PageMaker. She was the founder of H & R Cellular in 2002 and in 2009 joined the Property PageMaker team.

James Stanley is the Head Programmer of Property PageMaker. Well versed in Web 2.0 technologies and multiple programming languages, James Stanley is one of the lead engineers behind the simplicity of Property PageMaker.

Michael Stein is VP of Business Development. Founder and partner of Green Tie Logic, Inc, Stein brings a wealth of business development experience and innovation to Property PageMaker. Since 2005, Stein has been the active President of Sherman Oaks, CA. based search-engine marketing firm—Connection Marketing Inc, which currently manages an online marketing portfolio of $1.5 million annually. Stein earned his MBA from Colorado State University.

Daniella Levaton, is the Director of Sales at Property PageMaker She earned her B.A. from Boston University and her Masters from Alliant International University.
