Outside Sales Professional (Part Time | Entry Level)
Seeking professional Outside Sales Reps to handle a large territory to prospect and establish clients relationships and grow real estate brokerage relationships. These are NEW positions and the Sale Reps will be working partnerships and gathering leads from real estate brokerages. You must be able to reach the branch locations and prospect daily for new business. This position involves a great deal of hunting and cold calling.
This individual will utilize existing client base as well as build clientele by employing client development outreach and follow-up, and by providing outstanding service in all customers' interactions.
Qualifications

Net Programmer (Full Time| Senior Level)

Responsibilities
- Designs, codes, tests and debugs application programs.
- Develops code derived from a design document using appropriate development standards.
- Performs unit testing of the code and performs integration level testing with other features and products within the system.
- Write design documents.
- Maintains knowledge of Lawson systems elements and products as well as current technologies in software development and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 4 year college, technical school graduate or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years programming experience with .net or VB is required, experience programming in VB6, HTML, ASP or Visio is preferred.
- 3+ years experience with Windows Operating Systems.
- 3 years experience working with relational databases – SQL.
- Knowledge of source code management and configuration is desirable.
- Scheduling and/or Workforce Management experience is preferred.
- Time and Attendance experience is strongly desired.
